The Tennessee Section of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is pleased to announce a scholarship for the 2024-2025 academic year in the amount of $1,000.  The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from a Tennessee high school who will be pursuing a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) degree in college.  The objective of the AIAA is to advance the arts, sciences, and technologies of aeronautics and astronautics.  The purpose of this scholarship program is to encourage studies and careers in the aerospace industry.

The AIAA Tennessee Section's scholarship committee is responsible for all aspects of this scholarship program including establishing the eligibility requirements, the application process, and the selection of the recipients of the awards.  Eligibility information and application requirements can be found in the attached document or online on the AIAA TN Section website at: https://engage.aiaa.org/viewdocument/aiaa-tennessee-section-scholarship-1  Applications are due by 16 Feb 2024 and winners of the 2024-2025 scholarships will be notified by 15 Mar 2024.  The decisions of the AIAA scholarship committee are final.  Questions should be directed to Dr. Phil Kreth, Chairman for the AIAA TN Section, at pkreth@utsi.edu.
