First, I would just like to say how grateful I am to all staff, volunteers, and donors of the 12th Birthday Bash that was held September 29th. Each and everyone of you helped to make this event a great success. I feel it is imperative for our future that we instill a desire to learn in our children. This is what the HOSC is all about. Cubic Golf Tournament

The 9th annual Cubic Golf Tournament benefiting the Hands-On Science Center and Partners for Healing was held on September 28th. We appreciate all the hard work that went into planning and organizing this event.

Red Belly Toad

New Critters!

Come visit the newest members of the Animal Alley exhibit at the HOSC. We now have two Fire Belly Toads, which originate from China. These two toads share their tank with a Fire Belly Newt, which orginates from Japan.

Come on out to the Hands-On Science Center where we will be celebrating 12 years on Saturday, September 29th, 11am-4pm. There will be free admission to the public with free entertainment offered as well. It will have a carnival atmosphere with small charges on food, drinks, and party souvenirs. This Birthday celebration will feature crafts, a magician, face painting, a petting zoo, and inflatables. The event will also host a live and silent auction conducted by Joe Orr Realtors. This Birthday celebration will be taking the place of our annual Gala fundraiser, so please come out and support your Hands-On Science Center.

12th Anniversary Bash

Mark Your Calendars! The annual HOSC Anniversary Party will take place on Saturday, September 29 from 10-4pm.
Come enjoy free activities including: music, magic shows, Safari Bob, crafts, and a petting zoo. We will also offer discounted memberships and a live auction. For a small cost there will be inflatable toys, sno cones, balloon animals, face painting, food and drinks.
